This "Customer Content" may include contact information from case management systems (e.g., Passare), guestbook entries from memorial services, lead information from website forms and direct mail campaigns, and CRM data that you choose to sync.

You are the data controller for this Customer Content, and you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and consents to process this data. We process it only according to your instructions to provide the Service.

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, unique device identifiers.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL, and actions taken within the Service.
  • Usage Information: Features used, integrations connected, frequency of use, and performance data.
